
I am an Associate Professor of Economics at San Jose State University and a Senior Research Fellow at the Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation at West Virginia University. I also founded and serve as president for the Society for Economics and Representation Networking, which organizes research productivity events for women and non-binary economists.
I research topics in law and economics, health economics, economics of crime, and the history of economic thought. I earned a Doctorate in Economics and a Masters in Economics from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Mary's College of California.
